Cancellation Policy

At The Simmons Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and premium value. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity. Elite Circle ($50) - Eligible for Refunds We want you to get the most value from Elite Circle! If you attended and participated fully but still feel it wasn't the right fit, you may request a refund after the final group session. To qualify, you must: Attend all 6 group sessions with your camera turned on. Complete all assigned homework and reading. Submit your completed homework through the refund request form. Important Notes: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the final group session. The optional 1-on-1 session is not required for refund eligibility. Access to the WhatsApp community and materials will be revoked upon refund approval. Partial attendance or incomplete homework disqualifies you from refund consideration. We hold these standards because Elite Circle is built for serious business owners ready to do the work. If you show up fully and it's not for you, we'll make it right.
