About the Role
The Simmons Collective is conducting a search on behalf of an expanding towing and auto service company in Greensboro, NC. Our client is looking for dependable, motivated operators to join their growing team.
WHAT THEY NEED
Coverage needs:
Day shifts
Night shifts
Weekends
On-call rotation
24/7 coverage required (tell us your availability)
Experience level:
CDL not required
Towing experience preferred but will train the right person
Clean driving record required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate flatbed and rollback tow trucks
Respond to roadside assistance calls
Handle customer vehicles with care
Work with dispatch system
Provide professional customer service during stressful situations
Maintain equipment and complete required documentation
Support operations and team objectives as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
Pay:
$18 to $24 per hour based on experience
Payment structure determined at hire
Weekly pay
Steady work volume
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available
Multiple shift options
Flexible scheduling based on business needs and your availability
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
✓ Valid NC driver's license (no CDL needed)
✓ Clean driving record
✓ Reliable transportation
✓ Must be customer-friendly and professional
✓ Available to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
✓ Physically capable of hooking, loading, and securing vehicles
✓ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
